Admission Procedure
Eligibility For Admission To BBA:
A student who has passed Std. XII from a recognized board, in any stream, is eligible to apply for the Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration in Hospitality and Culinary Education.
Students who have a valid UGAT score will be given first preference for admission.

The College also conducts an internal examination for those who have been unable to answer the UGAT examination, called Hospitality Aptitude Test (HAT) which is a test of English, Simple Mathematics, Analytical Skills and General Knowledge.
BBA - Application Procedure:
The application form (available along with the Prospectus) is required to be submitted to the College with:
- UGAT results / HAT results
- Attested copies of the mark sheet and certificate of Std. X and XII.
- Self-attested Aadhaar Card copy.
- Self-attested latest copy of Birth Certificate
- School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate.
- Eight passport size photographs with the candidate’s name and signature on the reverse of each photograph.
- Migration Certificate for candidates applying from Universities other than the Goa University.

HRDF - Application Procedure:
The application form (available along with the Prospectus) is required to be submitted to the College with:
- Two self-attested copies Std. Xth of mark sheet.
- Two self-attested copies of Birth Certificate.
- Two self-attested copies of Aadhaar Card.
- 5 passport size photographs with the candidate’s name and signature on the reverse of each photograph in an envelope.
Eligibility for admission to a One year course in Food and Beverage (production), six months courses in Food and Beverage (s) and Housekeeping:
A student who has passed Std. Xth from a recognized boardis eligible to apply for the courses in:
Food and Beverage (production): 1 year
Food and Beverage (service): 6 months
Housekeeping: 6 months
Application procedure:
The application form (available along with the Prospectus) is required to be submitted to the College with:
- Two attested copies of 10th std marksheet
- One attested copy of birth certificate
- 5 passport size photographs with the candidates name and signature on the reverse of each photograph in an envelope.

Assessment And Interview:
- The College administration will assess the documents submitted and the applicant will be called for an interview.
- The purpose of the interview is to ensure that applicants are academically capable and willing to complete the course.
- The College may ask for additional information and documentation if required.
Registration:
- Students seeking admission to the BBA course can download the application and attach a DD worth INR 500 in favour of the Goa College of Hospitality and Culinary Education payable at Goa as registration charge.
- Students seeking admission to the 1 year and six months craft courses can download the application and attach a DD worth INR 250/- in favour of the Goa College of Hospitality and Culinary Education payable at Goa as registration charge.
